It was stir-fried with plenty of garlic and that distinct, delicious aroma of pork lard that brings everything together. • Super Spicy Chicken Feet Soup: This one is for the spice lovers! The broth was sharp, sour, and spicy—perfect for clearing your throat. The chicken feet were braised until fall-off-the-bone tender with no gamey smell whatsoever. • Crispy Pork Belly with Chili and Salt: Another standout. The pork was crispy on the outside while remaining tender inside, tossed in a fragrant mix of garlic, salt, and fresh chilies. Paired with a bowl of hot rice soup, it’s a match made in heaven.
