サクサク料理を運んできてくれました。美味しかったです。また来ます。. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Wheelchair accessibility: 店内はぎゅうぎゅうで狭いイメージでした。

We always eat at Gasuto all around Japan. This time at Gasuto Ginza ( ガスト 銀座インズ店 ), I saw a new dish, a hamburger with potato and asked the waitress if the patty is 100% beef or it is mixed of beef and pork, because I am both allergic to pork and my religion forbids it. The foreigner/immigrant waitress called another immigrant waitress, and then they both started to talk disrespectfully, and even made fun of me and said “don’t eat this, order something else”. When I asked them to check the ingredients, without checking anything or asking anyone, she immediately said “OK, no pork, order it”, but of course I cannot trust it. Can you believe this is happening in Japan? This is a disaster for Japan that waitress behave the customer this way. I am an immigrant too, living in Japan over 13 years and I see such a behavior for the first time. What if I trusted her, ordered the food but had allergy? If Gasuto recruits immigrants, they should pay attention to who they are hiring, and how they train their staff. Maybe I should have just followed her recommendation, ordered the food, exposed to allergy and sued Gasuto because of it, making a huge case! I will definitely do it next time if Gasuto staff behaves this way again! -Then, because I could not trust Gasuto staff, I ordered another meal. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
