全記粉麵店位於柴灣柴灣道一小巷內，門口大字寫住「泉記煲仔飯」嘅招牌十分醒目。位於門口見到大大小小嘅炭燒瓦煲煲仔飯相當分吸引。 經過小巷行入餐廳並不會見到華麗嘅裝修，平民樸實嘅小巷其實同瓦煲煲仔飯更加接地氣。 椒鹽九肚魚香脆肉厚，蒜蓉西蘭花夠鑊氣亦保持到爽脆嘅口感，同埋用碗裝嘅冰凍啤酒已經知道小菜道地及正宗。 最後壓軸嘅豉汁白鱔煲仔飯，水準中上，令人期待嘅飯焦都冇令我哋失望。唯一美中不足之處係煲仔飯嘅豉油稍為偏淡，見到有幾台食客都在order多一碗豉油。 喺香港已經為數不多餐廳會出品炭燒煲仔飯，相當難得。 The local restaurant “泉記粉麵店” is a located in a small alley in Chai Wan. Their signature, charcoal-fired claypot rice, is prepared right before you as you enter through restaurant. The crispy salt and pepper fried fish, with its crispy texture tender meat was served with Worcestershire Sauce which almost always go hand in hand to complement. The stir-fried broccoli with minced garlic was able to retain the delightful crunch. And when you are served with Chinese Bowls for icy cold beer you know this place serves authentic local dishes. The claypot rice (with toppings of your choice) is a must-try. The highly anticipated charred rice crisp/ crust is perfect and you should expect it from each of the perfectly cooked claypot rice. The only minor downside was the slightly blend soy sauce and could be a bit bolder in flavour. In a city where charcoal-fired claypot rice has become increasingly rare due to regulations, this restaurant stands out as a noteworthy place. The humble setting and the local ambiance add to the charm of the dining experience. *for English speakers, using Google translate with camera function can be helpful when navigating the Chinese menu.” Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $150–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
