Eating at this restaurant completely ruined our weekend. I flew to Taipei for a nice weekend with my daughter. She wanted to eat here as she loves middle eastern food. Well, she ended up with severe food poisoning right after dinner. Almost 24 hours later she is still in bed with stomach cramps. We know it is from the food she ate at this restaurant because it was her first real meal that day. She ordered the beef/mutton shakshuka. While the atmosphere was very nice and lively with a bright and modern decor, the food did not meet our expectations. I ordered the hummus with felafel. I know hummus and even make my own, this one was so incredibly bland it felt like eating baby food. We also ordered halloumi, I prefer to forget how it tasted. Service was so-so. While some of the wait staff refilled our glasses and warned us that the kitchen was going to close, the one whose only job it was to seat us, forgot to place the QR code on the table and forgot to mention that we had to scan the code to place the order. May be the universe was trying to tell us something. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
