This was one of the best egg waffles that I have had, and one of the better desserts during my week-long stay in Hong Kong. Crispy exterior with a cream-like filling, but not too sweet (like with condensed milk).

Everything feels quite thoughtfully done. The desserts aren’t just about sweetness, there’s a good balance in flavour and texture, whether it’s something smooth and creamy or something with a bit of bite to it like mochi or waffle dishes. You can tell they’ve put effort into both the taste and presentation, which makes it even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is also really nice, clean, comfortable, and a great spot to sit down after a long day out in Tsim Sha Tsui. It’s not just somewhere to grab dessert quickly, but somewhere you actually want to spend time. Overall, a really solid dessert spot in Hong Kong. Great selection, well-executed dishes, and the kind of place you’ll keep coming back to whenever you’re craving something sweet.
