I think the texture of the pulled pancake is very good, very chewy, and a little bit fragrant. Originally it looked very thick, and I was worried that it would feel greasy after eating it. In the end, I was overly worried and finished it with the vegetarian salty crispy chicken. It doesn’t feel greasy at all, and the pulled cake with egg is only $30. It’s a bit surprising that such a level can be achieved at such a cheap price. Personally, I think the outer layer of the salty crispy chicken is a bit too thick and too hard. Although the taste of the inner bean bun is okay, the outer layer is a bit deducted. Furthermore, I personally think that the portion is a bit small for the price of $30, and the CP value is not as good as the pulled cake. Come high I also ordered a cup of plum green tea. It was a big cup for $20, but I felt that the sourness was not obvious enough and the taste was not very good. It was a pity.
