Great Dakgalbi spot near Hwagok Station (Exit 8, 160m). Super friendly staff and convenient indoor restroom! We loved both the salt-grilled and seasoned traditional Dakgalbi. The salt flavor is clean and tender. The seasoned one is deliciously spicy—dipping it in the mayo sauce is a perfect combo! The fragrant grilled deodeok and fluffy steamed egg made the meal complete. It was a wonderful day to eat out with my family The weather was nice on that day which was Sunday afternoon so we decided to have dinner. Me and my husband search it through neighbor engine and we found a famous chicken restaurant called Namchungnae Charcoal Grilled Dakgalbi. It is traditional, Korean chicken barbecue grilled on charcoal. Me and my husband ordered sauce coated chicken rather than salted one since both of us like spicy food however any way it was not that spicy at all when we ate it. It was really good to have with other side dishes, such as seasoned salad and perilla leaf paste. We also ordered Korean traditional bean paste stew ,two bowls of rice, steamed eggs, Spicy Mak noodle. All of these foods were so delicious especially main dish, “Dakgalbi”. The meat was so tender since it is from chicken legs. Grilled rice cake ,which was crispy outside but soft inside, was the most unforgettable side dish. Hope you try all these wonderful tasty Korean Traditional Dish once you visit Korea.
