I've never seen anything like it. The selection of Scotch is absolutely amazing. Bottles I've only heard about and have never seen are here. Such a calming and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The 10000 cover charge is unfortunate but I'm slowly learning that is to be expected in this part of the world. You do get some great snacks with the cover though. The bar tenders are awesome and knowledgeable. I really do enjoy it here. Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
