The broth is rich, creamy, and deeply satisfying—very close to what you would expect in Japan. The standout feature is the chashu: thick-cut, slightly grilled, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and excellent flavor balance. The full-topping ramen paired with the mini chashu rice bowl (19,000 KRW) offers strong value. The soft-boiled eggs are perfectly done, and the toppings are generous. The shop itself is compact (around 15 seats), with a cozy counter layout and Japanese-style ambiance, enhanced by anime figures and music. Service is fast and efficient, and staff are friendly even for non-Korean speakers. The only minor downside is the noodles, which could be slightly thinner for a more authentic Hakata-style balance.
