The breakfast buffet at Spectrum in Fairmont Ambassador Seoul is one of the stronger luxury hotel spreads in the city, with an impressive variety of Western classics, Korean dishes, fresh pastries, fruit, and live egg stations. The quality feels premium across the board, from the well-executed hot items to the beautifully presented cold selections, and the bright, high-ceiling dining room adds to the polished morning atmosphere. Service is attentive and efficient, though it can get busy during peak hours. Overall, it’s a well-rounded, upscale breakfast experience that sets a great tone for the day. This is one of my favorite spots—the menu is solid and the taste is even better. I tried adding cilantro to the Singaporean chicken as the staff recommended, and it was a total game-changer! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
