In our fourth visit to Korea, we had passed by Jin Sushi within walking distance from our Hilton GI near Yangjae station. A few times during week nights it was full already (probably with the businessmen in the nearby banking area). So we asked the hotel to call to reserve. At first we were a bit confused by the set dinner menus A,B,C but the lady tried her best to explain to us (we thought the two of us could choose differently, e.g. one menu A plus one menu B to try various...she explained it has to be either two A, or 2B, or 2 C etc....). So we chose 2 set B. Later when the food arrived, we understood it was because they served two portions together... There were many courses with two platters of various fresh thick juicy sashimis, braised radish fish, tempura, salad, croquettes, completed with udon...(may have forgotten some dishes because we forgot to take photos after the first course!!! Too yummy! Overall a very satisfying dinner in a clean environment and good service although we couldn't speak any Korean language!!!
