When we first looked at the menu, we thought this place was all about seafood, but they have non-seafood stuff too, like Katsu! We went without a reservation on a Sunday afternoon, around 12:30, and we did end up waiting about 10-15 minutes. The restaurant has this really cool, industrial feel. You can tell it was probably once a studio or something, and the high ceilings make it feel really spacious. All the seafood dishes were really fresh! They usually come with some side dishes and a nice bowl of soup. One cool thing was the chirashi bowl - it comes with a side dish that looks like seaweed. Normally you wrap the rice and the fish with that seaweed! But this seaweed is so different than anything we've ever had. It has this really strong, delicious smell and flavor, which was really unique and we both really liked!
