Paulo is a magician. He takes the freshest ingredients and puts them together in a way that is magnificent. Nothing too rich nor too boring but literally, a symphony in your mouth. The fried gnocchi was the thing that stood out most for my wife. It was amazing. They were so kind to us for our anniversary. DO NOT SKIP THE DESSERT TRAY! Literally... the... strawberry on an otherwise phenomenal cake. :) We had the pumpkin risotto and fussili with shrimp and asparagus. The BEST cooked asparagus I've ever had. The whole meal was phenomenal. My continued compliments to the chef and thank y'all! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩90,000–100,000

I recently dined at Paolo De Maria, and it was fantastic. The course meal was expertly prepared, with each dish bursting with authentic Italian flavors. The service was top-notch—attentive and friendly, making the experience even better. The cozy atmosphere added to the charm, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The dessert cart was a highlight, offering a variety of tempting treats. The affogato, in particular, was a must-try—rich, creamy, and the perfect finish to the evening.
