Visited Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday after hearing many great things about the restaurant, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and guided us to our seats, immediately making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. While waiting for our food, I needed to visit the washroom, and a staff member patiently showed me the way and even held the door for me — a small but thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression. The waiting time for the food was perfect — neither too long nor rushed — giving my husband and me time to enjoy the lovely ambience before our meal. When the dishes arrived, we were impressed by the quality and taste of everything we ordered. Every item was beautifully prepared, and we enjoyed every bite and drink; truly a 10/10 dining experience. Most importantly, as I was unable to consume raw food and alcohol during our visit, the staff showed exceptional care and attentiveness. They frequently checked to ensure the doneness of my steak was suitable and did not hesitate to go the extra mile by preparing a separate portion specially for me. To top it all off, they kindly prepared a last-minute birthday dessert for us, even though they had not been informed earlier about my dietary restrictions (the usual birthday dessert was tiramisu, which I could not take). This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us. We are truly grateful for the wonderful experience — thank you to all the waiters and kitchen staff for making this celebration so memorable.
