Naan, spring chicken and especially the fries were absolutely delicious. The only critique is that the lamb lollipops’ mash potatoes were very, very salty that we unfortunately couldn’t finish it. Otherwise, I would come back again just for the naan Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Carat is a great place to go for authentic Indian food! We ordered the chat platter- everything was great except for the Dahi Balla. The booths were comfy, ambience also really good. Not many people know Indian food- the service could walk people through specials and what are popular dishes. Chicken tikka masala + naan (both butter & garlic were top notch! Also loved the lime soda- sweet + salty!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $250–300 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Old Delhi Chaat Platter, Carat's Butter Chicken, Butter Naan

I couldn't eat Indian food, so my friend invited me to CARAT Fine Indian and Mediterranean Cuisine in Tsim Sha Tsui. Fortunately, I made a reservation early in the morning, and when I walked in, I saw a lot of people seated. The menu has many different traditional Indian dishes, and the food is of high quality.
