It had been quite some time since I last had Vietnamese food, so I decided to give this restaurant a try for the first time. On a Sunday afternoon, the restaurant was relatively quiet, and we were seated immediately upon arrival. Ordering was done conveniently through a QR code provided at the table. For our mains, we ordered two bowls of Fresh Sliced Beef and Brisket Pho, along with the Vietnamese Stew Beef Vermicelli Soup. To share, we also ordered the Fresh Spring Rolls and the Lemongrass Shrimp Paste. Despite the number of dishes ordered, everything arrived in less than 10 minutes. Both noodle dishes were enjoyable, with rich and flavourful broths that made them particularly satisfying. The fresh spring rolls were decent, though fairly standard and not especially memorable. The highlight for me was the Lemongrass Shrimp Paste, which was something I had not encountered before. The shrimp paste was wrapped (self-wrapped) in rice paper together with basil leaves, pineapple, carrot, and cucumber slices before being dipped into a peanut sauce with coconut milk. The combination of flavours and textures was unique and unlike anything I had experienced at other Vietnamese restaurants. Overall, the food was enjoyable and the service was prompt. The only downside was the pricing, which felt a little steeper than expected compared to similar Vietnamese eateries. I visited at around 7:30 PM and had a pleasant dining experience overall. One issue was that a Japanese restaurant a two doors away was playing very loud Chinese techno music, which could be clearly heard and made the atmosphere very not comfortable. However, the staff here were very helpful and promptly assisted by asking them to lower the volume. I really appreciated their effort and attentiveness. The food was beautifully presented, portions were satisfying. Despite the external noise issue, the team handled the situation professionally. A great spot for fresh and authentic Vietnamese cuisine, and I would gladly return. The restaurant should raise with the mall management, as excessive noise from neighboring tenants can affect the dining experience for customers. First time visiting this place to try their Vietnamese food. We ordered the sliced beef pho, chicken pho set meal, and a chicken banh mi. The pho was decent, though it would be even better with more ingredients like bean sprouts and onions for added texture and flavour. The chicken banh mi was juicy and tender, but slightly lacking in flavour.Overall, it was a satisfying first experience, and with a few improvements, it could be even better. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes!
