We have many lovely international customers, including customers from Japan, that have successfully made their bookings using our reservation system, which is managed by SevenRooms. This is also used by many of the well-known establishments, such as Marina Bay Sands and Michelin guide restaurants, both locally and internationally.Reservation is a two-way promise. We promise to keep the table for the customer, and the customer honor it by turning up for the reservation. For any restaurant, if you would like to dine-in but cannot commit, you may choose to try to walk-in instead. This is to be fair to other customers who follows the booking procedure.We would love to have you, but we hope that you can understand and not discredit a small business online because you do not feel comfortable to use a valid credit card to put a deposit (which only gets charged upon last minute cancellation/no-show*).
