What is “Craft Sake”? Craft Sake is a new style of rice-based alcohol made with Japanese sake techniques, but with a creative twist — like adding fruits or herbs, or leaving it unfiltered. It’s a freer, more experimental take on traditional sake, offering unique flavors and experiences.

You can choose any three options, each served in a 60ml

Each guest is kindly asked to place their own order. Sharing between guests is not permitted. Serving size varies depending on the sake (45ml–90ml)

You can enjoy a wide range of sake, from classic brands to seasonal offerings. The meal consists of eight dishes featuring small plates made with seasonal ingredients. This casual pairing course features six seasonal appetizers and four distinct types of Japanese sake (each 60ml), allowing you to savor the flavors at your own pace.
