Among its seasonal menus, the Triumphant Menu ($218++ per guest, minimum six guests) stands out as a graceful expression of abundance and culinary mastery. Start the reunion feast with the Prosperity Madai Yu Sheng, featuring Japanese red sea bream from Kochi Prefecture. Fresh, vibrant and auspicious, it sets a celebratory tone with balanced textures and delicate sweetness. A signature highlight is the Foie Gras Chawanmushi with Crab Roe Soup, where silken steamed egg enriched with foie gras is crowned with a deeply savoury crab roe sauce. Luxurious yet restrained, the dish exemplifies the restaurant’s refined approach to indulgence. The Wok-fried Prawn with Fresh Lily Bulb and Asparagus offers a lighter interlude, showcasing plump prawns paired with seasonal vegetables for a clean, balanced contrast.
