皮パリパリのとても美味しいうなぎ。予約オススメ。 うなぎは文句なしに最高、タレもご飯も素晴らしい。写真のうな丼と緑茶で45ドルほどでした。 関西のウナギを食べ慣れている、私のような日本人の方にオススメです。関東のふっくらウナギとは少し違います。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50

The Hitsumabushi was really tasty, presented beautifully in a wooden lacquered box with generous portions of eel and Niigata rice. The accompanying condiments - dashi stock, wasabi, nori flakes, and Sancho pepper - allowed us to enjoy the dish in four unique ways.
