Excellent Dining Experience at Xiang Xiang Hunan if I can give 10 Had a truly wonderful dinner at Xiang Xiang Hunan! The staff were attentive, polite, and quick to respond, creating a very pleasant dining atmosphere. The manager even came by to ask for feedback, I casually mentioned that the pork was a little salty and oily, while the new fish soup dish was really good. To our surprise, he returned with a complimentary glutinous rice dessert as a kind gesture! Such thoughtful service! Later, when we asked to pack our leftover fried pork and vegetables, there was a small mishap where it was accidentally cleared. The manager immediately made things right by bringing us freshly cooked replacements, which truly impressed us. We were genuinely touched by the sincere service and professionalism. Came to the Suntec outlet when its the tiger prawn festival and ordered the Three Delicacies Tofu Prawn Stew, over taste is very yummy. The tofu is tender and soaked up the prawn’s flavour and its super fresh. Stir fry iberico pork is my everytime order when i come xiangxiang. No other words needed, must order ! Just rmb to select less oil option. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Queues can get very long during dinner times, especially on weekends, but queue managed reasonably well. Food is pretty yummy. Friendly staff, providing reasonably good service.
