Located just 3 minutes from Nowon Station, this small Chinese noodle restaurant was packed during lunch hours, mostly with local customers. The signature dandan mian had a rich peanut aroma and a creamy texture that almost felt like eating a carbonara-style noodle dish rather than a spicy Chinese noodle. It was not spicy at all and the portion size was generous for ₩11,000. The xiaolongbao arrived first and was filled with hot soup inside thin wrappers. It had a subtle spice aroma and balanced seasoning without needing extra sauce. The flavor profile may divide opinions because the noodles become quite rich halfway through the bowl, especially for people who do not usually enjoy creamy dishes. Still, the quality and originality were impressive enough to understand the popularity. Foreign-language support was limited and there was no confirmed English menu, but ordering was manageable with simple menu photos or translation apps. Overall, SES 20/25 points.
