Stumbled upon 01 Icecreambar while wandering through a small alley in Busan, and I’m so glad I did. It’s one of those tiny, easy-to-miss spots that ends up being a highlight of the trip! What I loved most about the ice cream here is how refined and subtle the flavors are. Nothing overpowering or artificially sweet, just clean, honest, and well-crafted scoops that let the ingredients speak for themselves. The Matcha was absolutely my favorite, beautifully earthy with a gentle bitterness that was perfectly balanced. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel warm and personal. The kind of place where you feel like a regular even on your first visit. It’s a small and unassuming spot, but that’s exactly what makes it so charming. If you’re exploring Busan and happen to walk past this little alley, do yourself a favor and stop in. Absolutely delicious. A hidden gem of Busan. The coffee flavor is a must for coffee+ice cream lovers! Owner speaks perfect English to boot! Definitely coming back. Thank you Mr Choi!
