We visited 055 Lobster Seafood in Taiwan a long time ago, but only now found the time to write a review. Despite being just two people, we ordered enough food for eight and finished everything, drawing astonished looks from both staff and other guests. Every dish was incredibly fresh and well-prepared. The highlight was the lobster, which we personally selected from a tank of live crustaceans. It was cooked perfectly, and the quality was evident in every bite. The rest of the seafood dishes maintained the same high standard, making the entire meal a great experience. The staff was efficient, and service was smooth despite our unusually large order. The restaurant offers a true seafood experience with a focus on freshness. If you enjoy seafood, this is a great place to visit.
