Along Huai Sak Reservoir. Tucked away, quiet, great weather/breeze throughout the day + night, with great view of the reservoir. Great interior and exterior decor/design - gives a laid back atmosphere. Like time stands still. Great coffe/drinks too. Worth a drive; visit. Service: 5

I still don’t fully understand why I fell in love with this place so deeply But every time I’m here, I feel like I can truly be myself and find real peace within. Phundao Praw Tawan, Chiang Rai feels like my little sanctuary. A beautiful memory from my Chiang Rai trip, 13–15 February 2026 — a moment I’ll always keep in my heart. 1000 Stars Restaurant was absolutely breathtaking, with minute attention to detail everywhere you looked. The pastel-shaded, cushions, curtains, dainty floral tablecloths, umbrellas, fresh flowers, and surrounding fauna were all thoughtfully arranged, creating a calm and enchanting setting. Every element felt intentional and beautifully balanced. The service was quick, and the meals were presented with elegance and care. The ambience was lovely, peaceful, and deeply relaxing. We enjoyed our brunch here on our way back from Phu Chifa, and it was the perfect pause after being immersed in nature. I would highly recommend this place to nature lovers who appreciate outdoor spaces, tranquillity, and gentle, peaceful vibes. Service: 5
