Grilled Octopus: The flesh is thick and pleasantly chewy. The portion size of the two-person meal kit is generous, making it more than enough for two women to enjoy with some left over. Seasoning: The glaze is glossy and appetizing, with a mildly spicy flavor that’s not overwhelming. It’s not overly sweet, and everything is well-balanced. A hint of pepper adds a pleasant aroma that boosts the appetite. Sides: The vegetables that come with it are fresh, which is great. They also include small portions of pickled radish, garlic, ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce), mayonnaise, and pickled radish wraps. The flavors are clean, and while the octopus is delicious on its own, it tastes even better with the sides. Service: Since I wasn’t planning to eat it immediately, they provided the meal kit so I could cook it myself. They were meticulous with the packaging, even down to the box, and showed thoughtful customer service that prioritized the customer experience.
