Food is not great in their quality. Matcha tea has too much milk and diluted. Pancakes, Not fresh.

108 Matcha Saro · Suntec Dropped by for takeout and tried a few items — the Obanyaki Matcha Custard and Original Dough were both good, soft yet satisfying, and the Matcha Soft Serve was smooth, creamy, and rich with flavour. 108 Matcha Saro (一〇八抹茶茶廊) hails from Asahikawa, Hokkaido, and has made a name for itself internationally with outlets in Singapore at Suntec City, ION Orchard, Bugis Junction, and Tampines One. Their desserts are crafted with premium Kyoto Uji matcha and other carefully sourced Japanese ingredients, offering an authentic taste of Japan. The Suntec outlet keeps things simple and efficient, with bar-style counters where you can watch the desserts being prepared fresh on-site. It’s a nice blend of craft and theatre that adds to the experience, even for a quick takeaway. Overall, I’d give it a 4 out of 5 — quality matcha treats, consistently good across the menu, and a reliable stop for dessert lovers looking for something a little special.
