The staff spend more time sitting around on their phones than they do offering a decent service. We asked for food (didn’t realise the chef was not there) and the staff made it. Their hygiene was non existent. Dried out Australian lamb burger with no taste or juices. Stick to local Thai eateries!! Service: 1

Hi Vivienne - Very sorry to hear you had this experience - no excuse for staff sitting around, and we will speak with them. And for the burger, we order top-quality meat from a butcher in the south. You would have had a beef burger (we don't serve a lamb burger). If you come back to Pai please come in and we will serve you a meal for free.

This pub is excellent.with spacious interior, sports lead offering, beer and Guinness (imported from Ireland) and Sunday Roasts!!! Whats not to LOVE. I am currently visiting Pai from London, UK - the pub is being run/managed by 2 BRILLIANT English guys Matt and Craig-they are super friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel seen and looked after. We love it in here.oh and did I mention the Massaman sausage rollsDo yourself a favor and walk the distance to see these guys and take the weight off your feet, and enjoy a Guinness or 2 (or 3) THANK YOU for looking after us Boys Service: 5
