The salad menus are fairly reasonable considering the dining costs in Yeoido, and the decaf coffee tastes good. But the lack of hospitality always leaves a bad aftertaste. Most of the younger staff are condescending & irritable, and give a deadpan look if (God forbid!) you didn’t catch what they said or if you point out that they mixed something up in your order. Don’t know why this is a recurring issue for 10G and 10G only. All of the other F&B venues in Conrad, from the exec lounge on the 37 floor down to even the rented out Japanese and Korean restaurants in L1 are perfectly welcoming and eager to assist.
