スタッフのサービスも文句なし。トレーでサーブされるお菓子の他にブュッフェスタイルでサラダ、貝、アイスクリームなどもあり楽しめました。

ハイアット宿泊時、アフタヌーンティーに利用しました。アフタヌーンティーのセットと、あと軽食のブッフェがついてきます。なので食事としても普通にお腹いっぱいになります。結構賑やかなので落ち着いて静かなアフタヌーンティーが良い場合はここは違うかなと思います。仲間同士でわいわい話しながらの方向けです。

A welcome glass of Saicho Jasmine sparkling tea provides a delicate, tea-centred prelude to an experience that feels both relaxed and thoughtfully curated. Departing from the conventional three-tier format, the Grand Afternoon Tea embraces a semi-buffet and tableside approach, balancing choice and flexibility with a focused commitment to provenance, sustainability, and quality. On the buffet front, highlights include: Silky ASC-certified smoked salmon, responsibly sourced and paired with horseradish cream and capers. Freshly shaved charcuterie and cheeses from Les Frères Marchand - seven generations of French maturation mastery in every bite. Seafood vol-au-vent filled with prawns, crab and a rich seafood bisque, echoing 10SCOTTS’ long-loved ocean-fresh signatures.
