Awesome coffee, but service needs improvement. The coffee was really good, however I was disappointed with the service. Even though I clearly requested to drink in, they packed my order into a tote bag right after the transaction. I politely asked twice if they could pour it into a cup instead. After I sat down, they still placed it in a new tote bag and called me to collect it. Overall, the service at One to Two has room for improvement. I hope they can be more attentive to customers who wish to dine in. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I didn't expect a chain cafe to impress me but this one is actually quite good. Baristas know what they're doing and prepare the coffee v well and you can choose between light, medium and dark roast house blend for a v affordable price. I tried the light roast and it was actually fragrant. Obviously u shouldn't expect the most sophisticated speciality coffee but it's a good coffee for a v good price.
