My wife and I were originally going to go eat at a restaurant called, "Kamala Seafood", but apparently they aren't open until 12pm, even though on Google it says they're open at 8am for breakfast......but anyway. It was annoying because we walked 20 minutes from our hotel to get a bite to eat; so we wandered back a little to our hotel and found a small place (this restaurant here) that didn't have any reviews or much information online. My wife insisted that we try it out, and I went with it. We were greeted promptly while we were looking outside the place and went inside. First thing that we noticed is that the place was very clean, it was really comfortable with A/C and everyone was really friendly. Their menu had a mixture of Thai and western dishes, but my wife and I decided to go with two Thai dishes as we've been looking for something really authentic. We also ordered fresh fruit smoothies, she had pineapple, I had orange, and they were AMAZING! best we've had since we been in Phuket. After a little wait, we recieved our food. My wife had the Tom Yum fired rice with prawn, I had the stuffed omelet with prawn and veggies. These dishes were THE BEST we've had since being in Phuket, everything was seasoned properly, you can tell the ingredients were fresh, the flavor was really on point. The only thing that was pretty standard was the spring rolls, they didn't wow me, but the two main dishes were absolutely delicious! When we come back to Phuket in the future, we will definitely recommend this place. It's not expensive at all, the food was really good, the staff are really friendly, its clean and comfortable, we don't have any complaints about this restaurant. In an area that's full of other shops and restaurants, this one is a gem, and we would highly recommend this place!
