Located within Jia Le Kopitiam, replacing the previous River Nine Cafe, 131 Mookata is popular and famous for the viral $7 lunch buffet that is in the name of giving back to its community. The $7 is well worth if you are a huge eater, the cai fan dishes are usually repetitive on a cycle but came in a wide spread, as noticed from the other posts. Came with my colleagues because it’s really near us, some of them are really small eaters so ain’t so worth but we love to support our communities in their work! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
