Kempinski Hotelは素晴らしいホテルでしたが、15 Stamfordのレストランの味は酷かったです。ミシュランスターシェフとは程遠いです。メインのSoleは塩っぱく、カルパッチョは新鮮ではありません。全て美味しくなかったです。素敵なホテルなのに、レストランのせいで台無しです。シェフを変えた方がいいです。

The restaurant is commendable for its consistency. Over the past two years, we dined here on multiple occasions while staying in Singapore and the food has in general been reliably good, both for dinner and breakfast. We had one experience with severely undercooked chicken (it was still pink on the inside), and a few occasions of slow service. Perhaps a bit overpriced for the offering - certainly not a fine dining restaurant. Expect good portion sizes, and staff who cater for special dietary requests. Overall reliable but not exceptional. Came for dinner on a Sunday. Ordered the wagyu beef cheeks - the beef was tender, mash was well seasoned and overall a great dish. Sautéed mushrooms were nicely done as well. The meringue dessert was disappointing however - it was beautifully presented but the sorbet below the meringue was so hard and impossible to cut. We had to wait ~10 mins before we could decently eat the sorbet. Ambience was nice and lovely, and service was friendly as well. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
