Checked out 1908BC British Chinese in Sheung Wan and caught their Buy 1 Get 1 Free baked pork chop rice deal starting 1 Dec. Two portions for $180 is unbeatable in HK. The pork chop rice is comforting and nostalgic — thick cut pork, golden cheesy top, and that classic cha chaan teng–style tomato sauce. Simple, satisfying, and even better at this price. Also tried the Lychee Mint and Lemongrass Mojito. Both refreshing, fragrant, and great with the heavier dish. Solid value, relaxed atmosphere, and a fun British‑Chinese fusion spot worth revisiting.
