旧中壢駅前が見渡しながら頂くベトナムコーヒーが格別です。老闆はスキンヘッドで少し強面ですが、とっても優しく親切な方でした。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–200

This restaurant is opposite the Zhongli Railway Station. You will first see the eye-catching green signboard 1981 cafe. Take the elevator to the third floor. The decoration of the store is very retro, and the music also plays Vietnamese songs. Great atmosphere ~ order at the counter Menu items are very rich, in addition to all kinds of coffee and drinks, there are also staple foods. Vietnam’s coffee export volume ranks second in the world. The most common coffee variety in Taiwan is Arabica, while Robusta is commonly grown in Vietnam, so this time I’m here to drink Vietnamese coffee~ I ordered 3 classic coffees from Vietnam, 1. Egg coffee: The dense milk foam is stirred with raw egg yolk, condensed milk and honey until it becomes sticky. After stirring with coffee, it tastes very special, without any eggy smell at all, just like eating dessert~ 2. Condensed milk iced coffee: Use a drip pot to extract the coffee liquid for about 5 minutes. After the coffee is dripped and stirred with condensed milk, pour it into an ice cube cup and stir to drink. The coffee tastes very strong, much like the taste of Brown coffee. 3.
