We dropped in randomly for cny and they offered us an amazing dinner. They are really helpful, kind and chatty. We came here twice and enjoyed our food. We would come again

Although we didn’t get the chance to stay at the accommodation due to unexpected weather conditions, I still want to express my appreciation for their excellent customer service. Our ferry, originally en route from Orchid Island to Green Island, was diverted to Taitung because of rough sea conditions. Unfortunately, the sea was extremely choppy, making the ride quite uncomfortable, and we had no choice but to cancel our trip to Green Island. Despite this, the accommodation handled the situation with great understanding. Even with their set cancellation policy, they provided a fair and appropriate resolution, which we truly appreciated. It’s a real pity we couldn’t experience staying with them this time, but their kind and professional post-customer service has left a very positive impression. We definitely look forward to planning another visit in the future. Service: 5
