It’s on the 21st floor hence the name, not very creative nor is the menu, Japanese influenced with the skewers / yakitori, sashimi, various bar snacks, mixed with items like seafood paella and pasta. Choices of drinks tilts towards bottles of scotch/ wine / champagne.. The vibe is a strange combination of a secret private hideout and year 2000 upstairs Karaoke bar. Whereas the staff were a little lost on service when someone they don’t know walks in, the food was pretty decent for a bar. If you happen to be in the neighbourhood and in search for a midnight snack/drinks place give it a try.
