I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding ongoing hygiene issues at a Coffeeshop, which have occurred on multiple occasions. During my recent visit, I observed many birds (crows/mynas) roaming freely within the dining area and feeding directly on leftover food from uncleared tables. This situation is highly unhygienic and poses a serious public health concern. This is not the first time this has happened. On several occasions, there were no cleaners present for extended periods. Many tables were left uncleared, and used utensils such as forks and spoons, as well as trays, were visibly dirty and not promptly removed. This creates an environment that attracts birds and worsens the hygiene condition. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Messy! Dirty! Extremely Smelly! Smell of sewage too!! Eating here is like eating in an opened storage or junkyard. Food selection is wide but overall standard across all the shops is pretty low. Western food stall - just wanna take in all orders when they obviously cannot cope in the kitchen. Fried food isn't fried through, soup is cold and curdled. Duck rice? More like coloured rice and gravy, tasteless. Zi char? Fanciful hotwok serving with equally tasteless food. Malaysian cooks used to churn out pretty decent food but now, they are just here to do minimal Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
