A hidden gem of a coffee spot. The owner takes real care in every cup he brews—you can tell he understands his beans deeply, and it truly comes through in the taste. The flavors are clean, expressive, and honestly quite divine. There’s also a wide variety of beans to choose from, which makes the experience even more special if you enjoy exploring different profiles. We ordered two whites this time, both excellent, but after seeing the level of precision in the brewing, I’m already looking forward to coming back to try a black. And as a bonus, there’s an incredibly cute and friendly dog that makes the whole place feel even more welcoming. A lovely spot run by someone who clearly cares about what he does.
