Please educate your staff on hygiene. This middle-aged man was playing with styrofoam boxes used to pack food on the counter, placing it face-down to serve customers, and proceeded to use it to pack food. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

No ready for delivery pls adjust the timing. Your staff say 7.30am start. Your device indicates 7.15am. Anyway when I reach there 7.30am i dun feel your shop is ready for operation and a few walk in sit down there wait! Waste riders time go wait. Eventually we need to cancel the orders ourselves. Service: 1

If you're not ready to serve, then don't turn on the platform devices. I waited 15 minutes with nothing added to the steamer. When I asked, I was told to wait another 30 minutes while she just then added the item. So I'm expected to wait a total of 45 minutes for something that should’ve been ready? That’s not just irresponsible, it’s downright inconsiderate. To make matters worse, she was constantly on the phone and managed to serve five other customers while I continued waiting. Completely unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
