Just want a cup of coffee but staff that blocked me to access explained to me that I need to buy a ticket with attitude and bad manner(loud voice). So,here is not for a coffee or drinks,it is kind of tourists place that you need to buy a ticket to get in. Poorly trained staff and big NO for me. No wonder why there are no more tourists here,as a former tour guidegood bye! Service: 1
