It's a hip bar located on the 9th floor of a fancy hotel (Conrad). It's surrounded by highrises but there is a narrow gap between these towering buildings. Through this, you can see the big balloon going up and down, and also have a look at the National Assembly from this rooftop. The weather was mild and breezy, the sky was clear enough. I found every staff member I interacted with very kind and caring. I had a great time thanks to their hard work and care. The food was okay (although I think it can be better) but it was a great value for money this night. I would absolutely come back again to enjoy the summer breeze. Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We enjoyed good food and dining experience here. Customer service was also commendable as they speak English, which was helpful for tourists like me. The entire restaurant’s environment was also a great experience, and we were able to see Seoul at the top of Conrad. Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
