The animals here are very well taken care of and the staff are great! The place is really clean, and their staff, Nay, would consistently clean up the capybara enclosure during and after feeding. Nay provided us with a lot of educational info on the animals and he cares for them really well. Thank you Nay for your great service!

Visited capybara coffee shop in silom, fun and unique experience. Entry was 400 baht per adult and you also need to order a drink. For an extra 100 baht you can buy food to feed the animals, which was definitely the best part. The capybaras and other animals were very friendly and calm, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming the whole time. (The animals needs a bigger space) it’s worth visiting at least once if you’re in Thailand and love animals.

This was my first time at a capybara cafe and it was very fun and well managed. You have about 30 minutes or longer depends on how busy it is, I’m guessing. Which is perfect to not overstimulate the animals. And they have more than just capybaras! The staff is very friendly and will talk to you about the animals and give you a lot of insights which makes it seems like they actually care about the animals! Overall I was very happy with the experience, the only thing that could be better was perhaps a bigger location for the animals to walk around more
