veri nice food i been there many times the uncle always gives extra to me Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: got atleast 2 vegetables frm 9am-2pm after 2pm most of the things are sold

One of the last few stand alone coffee shops that can stand the test of time.No frills and serve really simple breakfast(the fried bee hoon is good) and economical lunch and dinner for the residents around Sin Ming Garden. It may not be the best in terms of shop design but certainly is practical, and has help many residents around this estate, the workers from the temple and students from nearly schools; fulfil their tummy. This is so for elderly folks and during raining days.During the construction of the TEL along Sin Ming Ave, the shop front was hoarded up and was totally hidden, yet it managed to survive and found a niche, serving simple lunches/food to the workers from the TEL line.I hope the couple, Ah Kok and wife (they are very hard working), and with help from their elderly mum will continue to serve the residents, workers and students with their low cost food, even with competition from the opening of the TEL Bright Hill station soon, right in front of their shop 305 Family Restaurant.
