The bed sheets are very comfortable and clean. TV can watch Netflix. Downstairs had coffee and bread and biscuits. Owner is very nice Service: 5

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is super convenient — few kms away to CMU and Ang Kaew Reservoir, which became our favorite spot for peaceful morning runs. It’s also close to the starting point of the Monk’s Trail. Near Lang Mor Night Market, so we had plenty of food options around. Even though it’s close to everything, the area is tucked away from the main road, so it’s quiet and relaxing. The room was cozy with a big comfy bed and Netflix for lazy nights in. The bathroom is separate but still private because of the partition, so it wasn’t an issue at all. And huge thanks to Adel, the host — very responsive and helpful from start to finish. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want comfort, convenience, and calm vibes in Chiang Mai! Service: 5
