I really loved the coffee here so I came twice (one of the best coffees I've ever had!). Ohm the owner is so friendly and interesting to talk to - he even shared some food with me and give me places to visit in the area. It's a very relaxed place, a great place to watch passersby. The matcha is also very delicious and really good quality and both of the guys really know their stuff. I wish you all the success :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

what luck that i passed this THIRD WAVE COFFEE and MATCHA shop. these guys are passionate about matcha and coffee, and opened shop this august 2025. nice place to hang out, work, read or just chill out. they serve ceremonial grade matcha from different regions like fukuoka and uji. i was happy with their suggestions on having my matcha and coffee pure, or with a choice of milk. i would love to try one of their brews with fresh coconut milk. selection of thai grown, locally roasted high grade coffee. and they give a shout out to their sensei, who runs TWO BAR coffee shop and roastery on the east side of town. for staying in they serve their drinks in beautiful ceramics, which is a delightful break from single use cups. wishing you a prosperous business and a beautiful tasting trip in fukuoka. open this sunday, even though googlemaps states it is closed sundays. sidenote: keeree tara riverside restaurant is a restaurant with beautiful food and dito view, but 360 Slow Bar is far more apt at preparing matcha and coffee with love, attention and respect for the product. after some nights with little sleep, and a strange combination of honouring my POW ancestors Carl Leopold Deuning - grave No. 3.G. 71 at Kanchanaburi War Cemetry; you can go and greet him on behalf of me and my family :) - and a confronting stay at an area of Kanchanaburi where tourism and sex industry meet, my day lightened up when i came across 360 Slow Bar. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: choice of fresh coconut water, soy milk and cow milk
