タイ料理好きなんだけど、実はタイで本場の味食べるのは今回が初めてだったまずひと口目で、「あ、これ日本で食べるタイ料理とまた違う…！」ってなった辛いだけじゃなくて、ちゃんと甘さとか酸味とか香草の香りが混ざってて、食べるたびに味変わる感じがしてずっと楽しかった〜！生えびのサラダみたいなお料理が特に好きだったえびぷりっぷりだし、ピリ辛のタレとにんにくの感じが最高…。ミント入ってるのもさっぱりしてて、暑い国で食べるとさらにおいしく感じるチャーハンもシンプルそうに見えてめちゃうま！横のナンプラーとかつけながら食べるのハマったきゅうりとかトマトで途中さっぱりできるのも地味にうれしい。あとロブスターがほんとやばかったにんにくたっぷりで、ソースまで全部おいしくて、手止まらなかった笑白ワインとも合いすぎたタイ料理ってクセ強いイメージあったけど、本場で食べたらむしろずっと食べたくなる感じだったお店の雰囲気もゆるくて居心地よくて、旅行来た感めちゃあった〜！また絶対タイ来たらタイ料理いっぱい食べたい. 3 Mermaids is easily one of the most beautiful restaurants and cafés in Pattaya. The atmosphere is what you’re really paying for. The venue is built into the hillside with multiple levels, woven nest seating, ocean views, and plenty of photo spots. If you’re visiting around sunset, the view is absolutely stunning and worth planning your visit around. The staff were friendly and attentive despite how busy it was, and everything felt clean and well maintained. The food presentation was excellent, and while the prices are higher than your average restaurant in Pattaya, they’re reasonable considering the location, scenery, and overall experience. One thing I appreciated was that there are so many different seating areas, so each visit can feel a little different. Whether you’re coming for coffee, cocktails, or a full meal, there’s a spot that fits the mood. It’s a great place to relax for a couple of hours rather than just eat and leave. A few tips: arrive before sunset if you want the best views, and be prepared to wait during weekends or holidays because it’s a very popular destination. Reservations are a good idea if you’re coming with a group. Overall, I’d definitely recommend 3 Mermaids to both tourists and locals looking for a memorable dining experience with one of the best ocean views in Pattaya.
