Flat White Score: 7.1/10 • Milk Texture: 1.3/2 (Closer to a latte, however, not bad) • Strength: 1.7/2 (Clear dark chocolate flavour, distinct taste of coffee) • Balance: 1.2/2 (On the side of bitter, but enjoyable) • Temperature: 1.8/2 (Can't complai) • Presentation: 1.1/2 (In a takeaway cup, nice heart, but not distinct) Verdict: Would come again Small little coffee bar run by a nice Thai guy. Love his lever espresso machine. Flat whites were not on the menu so I think they specialise in other drinks here. Coffee bean: ‘Thai-Brazil Blend’ (Dark Roast) Price: ฿70 - fair price. I usually drink coffee to consume caffeine to helping keep me alert and awake. Sometimes I drink it for hydration. I don’t know the taste of it.until I found THE FAV coffee bar! It’s so good! Owner barista friendly welcome. While I was reading a menu, he was asking my favorite coffee and suggested the signature drink. He prepared with attention to the specification. I sipped and like the tastes unique sour flavors. And I like the ice cube as well. The shop is not big but it’s like a boutique coffee lab. THE FAV definitely fuel my day!
