just filling my stomach before fly to malaysia, the food was great, the service also very good at first i dont know what to order with my kids all tantrum but the guy cashier was so patient and explain one by one to me even behind me got que and he keep ansure me its okay to take my time. the environment also very quiet suitable with kids. will repeat again if i go singapore. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

這次在新加坡轉機，原本很高興能用南非護照快速入境，直奔地下二樓的 4Fingers 享用期待已久的餐點，但結果卻讓我大失所望。 我拿到的雞肉根本沒有熟，裡面滲出黑色的血水，甚至部分肉質呈現詭異的灰色。當下我立刻向櫃檯的男店員反應，但他只是非常敷衍地說了句「Sorry」，然後問我要不要換一份。看到那樣的肉品狀況，我早就完全失去食慾了，並明確告知他我吃不下。 沒想到他把食物拿進廚房後，走出來又只是一句「Sorry」，接著反問我：「你確定不要換一份嗎？」那個語氣和態度，講得好像他願意換給我已經是種「特別待遇」，而是我自己不識相拒絕。 問題的重點根本不在於換餐，而是端出未熟透、流著黑水和灰肉的食物，已經徹底破壞了客人的胃口與對店家的信任！這種災難級的食物品質和毫無同理心的服務態度，實在令人無法接受。 As a South African transiting through Singapore, I was excited to use my passport for a quick exit to grab a meal at 4Fingers on B2. However, this experience turned out to be a massive disappointment. The chicken I received was severely undercooked. It was oozing black watery blood, and some parts of the meat had even turned an unappetizing grey color. I immediately brought this to the attention of the male staff at the counter. His only response was a dismissive "Sorry" along with an offer to replace my meal. After seeing the state of that chicken, I had completely lost my appetite and told him exactly that. He took the food back to the kitchen, came out again, repeated "Sorry," and asked, "Are you sure you don't want a replacement?" The way he spoke made it sound as if he was doing me a huge favor and I was just being ungrateful for rejecting it. The point he completely missed is that being served raw, grey meat with black blood ruins a customer's appetite entirely. A simple replacement doesn't fix the gross lack of food safety or the tone-deaf customer service. Completely unacceptable experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
